I put together a great back workout today! Tons of sets with 30 second breaks, try it out!

  • Wide Grip Chin Ups: 4 x Failure
  • Seated V-Bar Rows: 5 x 15, 12, 10, 8, 6
  • Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 4 x 10
  • Single Arm Dumbbell Rows: 4 x 8
  • Wide Grip Barbell Rows: 3 x 12
  • Dead Lifts: 5 x 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
