I feel so honored to have the opportunity to work with former NFL superstar, Larry Johnson!!! Even though he lives in Miami, and we aren’t able to meet up in person, I have been training him through emails and text messages. He’s been super disciplined and has already lost 17 pounds!! From watching him play football on TV as I was growing up, to becoming friends and helping him achieve his fitness goals…it’s truly been a dream come true!
